90-Day Kits - Set the Foundation for Success
Research consistently highlights the pivotal significance of the first 90 days in a new job. Gift Card Drives
Providing additional support in the form of gift cards during the first weeks of work can contribute to a smoother transition, increased engagement, and a positive experience for the woman as she embarks on her new professional journey.
We ask that gift cards be provided in denominations of $25. Gift cards can be from any vendor. Vendors such as grocery stores, metro-cards, Amazon, Starbucks, Dunkin, Staples, Target, among others.

Her Career, Her Story is a unique engagement experience where volunteers take learners on a journey through their career pathways. As their career storeis are shared, learners have the opportunity to ask questions, explore their interests, and learn important career building skills.

Participants are able to Gain Practical Workforce Insights and Lessons.
Lean In Circles are opportunities for women to participate in structured workshop like discussions around important topics facing women in today's workforce.
Corporate partners are invited to participate as subject matter experts with groups of 10 - 15 women who are currently in the workforce.
Lean In Circles last for approximately 90 minutes and are held monthly. Partners are able to sponsor one or many lean in experiences on topics of their choice.
